The MyProfsr Refund Policy is such that if you have already paid for your lesson(s) and wish to reschedule, then any payment made will rollover to the next lesson(s).
Should you wish to cancel a lesson(s), then we will refund you. Refunds will only be made if we have been notified at least 12 hours before the class is due to start. The Refund will take around 3-4 working days to process.
